For orders destined to all other states in the U.S.A., Lucindan.com can neither collect nor pay Use Tax or Sales
Tax on the Client’s behalf. U.S. State Authorities may require American citizens to pay these taxes for online
purchases at the end of the fiscal year.
Lucindan.com cannot be held responsible for these taxes under any circumstances.
Lucindan.com ships worldwide using UPS or DHL, but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
Importer Requirements
Lucindan Store does not have a branch in the U.S.A. to import orders, therefore the Client is considered the final importer. Private U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens residing in the U.S.A., who import Internet goods from abroad, are required to have a Social Security Number or a Tax ID Number and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker.
Non-U.S. citizens/residents who DO NOT have a Social Security Number can provide an assigned Importer Number from the CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection). The process to obtain a CBP assigned Import Number generally takes 10 business days.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Lucindan.com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:
Pre-Ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date.
We remind first-time Clients that Lucindan.com can request the Bank, PayPal or Stripe to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from Lucindan.com specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or Lucindan.com.
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.
If for any reason the Lucindan Store box or the packaging look tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for by an unknown party or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact Lucindan.com at [email protected]
When there is a reception desk or doorperson present at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the on-duty personnel.
If the package or the items are damaged or if an item shown in the delivery note is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by Lucindan.com within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.

Lucindan.com shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
