Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the delivery of your order.
About Refund Processing: They will ship your item to our warehouse which usually takes 21 days. The fulfillment department will confirm your order within one day. If all goes well, we will refund you within 7 business days (although it may take up to 510 business days to appear on your statement after this stage, depending on your payment method). Because our products are printed on demand and are unique to each campaign, refunds are only available if the product is defective, the print quality is poor, or the final product is significantly different. compared to the product featured on the website.
If there is a problem with your product, please submit a complaint via our contact form at https://Lucindan.com/contact us. You will need your order number as well as the email address used to place your order. And please attach photos depending on the situation (3 photos
total): Wrong size: shipping label photo on received package, shipping label stuck on package photo, measurement product size.
Bad Design, Wrong record, Defective product: Photo of the shipping label on the package received, photo of the entire product on a flat surface,
photo highlighting problem at close range. Use this information to request a replacement / refund and prevent future errors. If the buyer does not wish to exchange and requests a refund, a photo (certificate) must be sent (the product may be required to be returned to the return address) and the buyer may request the item to be returned. If you do not prove to be flawed, you will challenge the buyer’s claim.
